Some security Guards are found dead with these double barrel shotguns they are based off of the Lupara or sawed off Shotgun a real life shotgun which commonly shoots #3 and #4 buckshot, After watching some recordings I think it is safe to assume that the in game one shoots #4 Buckshot.
